Gluco6 Refund Policy
Returns run for 60 days from purchase and the bottles go back even if they are empty. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID first, then post every bottle to the returns address with your name, email and order ID inside. Return postage is the buyer’s, and the refund is the product price less shipping and handling.
This page sets out the four steps, the timings and what the refund does not cover.
How a Gluco6 return is processed
Four steps, and the first one decides how smoothly the other three go.
Call the order desk first
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and say you want to return. Opening a return before the bottles move is what keeps the claim inside the 60 days.
Post the bottles back, empty or full
Send every bottle from the order to 590 Madison Avenue, Floor 21, New York, NY 10022, with your full name, email address and order ID written inside. Use a tracked service: return postage is the buyer’s cost.
The return is credited
The desk credits the return once the bottles arrive, then issues the refund 3 to 5 business days later.
The money reaches the card
A further 5 to 10 days for the card issuer. The refund is the product price less shipping and handling fees, in the seller’s own words.
The 60 days, and where each Gluco6 pack lands inside them
The promise is the seller’s and it is worth reading in the seller’s own words: Gluco6 buyers may “return the bottles (even if empty), and we’ll issue a prompt refund, no questions asked… less shipping and handling fees”. Two clauses in that sentence do the work. Bottles go back empty — so a full trial costs nothing but postage. And the money that comes back is the product price with the shipping and handling taken off, which is the clause a marketing page tends to leave out.
The clock starts on the day of purchase, not on the day the parcel arrives, and it runs for sixty days whichever pack was bought. Set the three packs against that and each one lands somewhere different.
| Pack | What it costs, delivered in the US | Where day 60 finds you |
|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $138 at $69 a bottle, plus $9.95 US shipping. $147.95 delivered. | Sixty capsules. The last capsule and the last day of the window are the same day, so the decision and the supply run out together. |
| 3 bottles | $147 at $49 a bottle, free US shipping. The seller prints $207 beside it as a comparison price. | Ninety capsules. Thirty of them, a further month, are still in the bottle when the window shuts. |
| 6 bottles | $234 at $39 a bottle, free US shipping. The seller prints $414 beside it as a comparison price. | A hundred and eighty capsules. A hundred and twenty are still sealed on the day the decision has to be made, two thirds of what was bought. |
Prices as printed on the seller’s order page on 18 September 2026, with the checkout showing the current figure before any payment details are asked for. International orders add $19.95 to every pack. The struck figures are the seller’s own comparison prices and this desk does not treat the difference as a saving.
Two figures in that table are worth putting side by side. Two bottles is $138 with $9.95 shipping added, which is $147.95 at the door. Three bottles is $147 with the shipping free, which is $147.00 at the door. Delivered in the United States, the larger pack is ninety-five cents cheaper and carries thirty more capsules, which is the arithmetic behind this desk suggesting three.
Six bottles is the lowest price a bottle and the pack this desk earns most on. It is also the pack that asks you to commit to a hundred and twenty capsules you will not have opened by the time the window shuts. The pricing page sets out the cost per day for all three, and the guarantee page carries the promise itself.
How long a Gluco6 refund takes
| Stage | How long |
|---|---|
| The return reaches the returns address | Depends on the service the buyer chooses |
| The return is credited | On arrival |
| The refund is issued | 3 to 5 business days after crediting |
| The money appears on the card | A further 5 to 10 days |
The seller’s own page promises “a prompt refund” without a figure. These are the timings this desk works to.
Two clocks run one after the other and only the first belongs to this desk. The bottles are credited when they arrive, the refund is issued three to five business days after that, and the card issuer then takes a further five to ten days to show it on a statement.
Business days are where people lose a week. A parcel credited on a Thursday can be refunded the following Wednesday and still be well inside the three to five, because the weekend does not count, and the money can then land a fortnight after that. Add the time the parcel spends in the post and three weeks from posting to money on the card is an ordinary result rather than a slow one.
That is the reason to decide around day forty-five rather than day fifty-nine. The claim has to be opened inside the sixty days — nothing about the sixty days requires the money to have arrived by then.
What the Gluco6 refund covers
The refund is the price of the product. In the seller’s own wording it is issued “less shipping and handling fees”, so whatever the order paid to be carried sits outside it. On a two-bottle United States order that line is $9.95, and it is the only pack that carries one; on any international order it is $19.95 and it is added to every pack.
The sum is worked against what the card was actually charged, never against a struck comparison price. A three-bottle order is $147 on the seller’s page and the $207 printed beside it is the seller’s own comparison figure, so $147 is the number a refund is measured from.
Condition is the generous part — bottles come back opened, part-used or empty, which is unusual in this category and is what makes a real trial possible. This desk publishes no restocking fee. How a part return is priced, where somebody sends back five bottles of six and keeps one, is not something the seller sets out, so ask the order desk on the call rather than guessing.
The six-bottle order carries two bonus guides according to the seller’s FAQ, and nothing published says whether those come back with the bottles. That is a second question for the same call.
The refund is the product price. Shipping and handling fees are deducted and return postage is the buyer’s own cost, in the seller’s own words.
What goes inside a Gluco6 return parcel
- ✓Every bottle from the order. Empty, part-used or sealed, they all go back together in one parcel.
- ✓Your full name, written on a note inside, spelled as it was on the order.
- ✓The email address you ordered with. It is the field the order record is searched on.
- ✓The order ID. It is in the confirmation email and in the tracking email, and it is what turns a box of bottles into a credited return.
- ✓A tracked service. Return postage is the buyer’s cost and is not refunded, so choose the service that gives you a number to quote.
A return parcel arrives as a box of bottles and nothing else unless somebody puts the note in. Without a name, an email and an order ID inside it, the desk has to match it by hand against the address it was posted from, and that is where a three-week refund becomes a six-week one.
Tracking is the buyer’s evidence rather than the desk’s requirement. A few dollars buys a delivery scan, and a delivery scan settles the only question a delayed refund ever turns on, which is whether the bottles arrived.
What slows a Gluco6 refund down
No order ID in the parcel
The commonest one. Find the confirmation email before you pack the box, and write the ID on the note rather than on the outside.
An untracked parcel
Nothing shows that it left and nothing shows that it landed. A missing untracked return is an argument neither side can win.
Bottles posted before the call
Ring the order desk first. A parcel that turns up against no open return waits until somebody can attach it to an order.
The wrong address
The desk’s office and the returns address are two different buildings, and a parcel sent to the manufacturer is outside this process altogether.
The Gluco6 returns address
590 Madison Avenue, Floor 21, New York, NY 10022, USA
That address takes returns and nothing else. The desk’s office is at 32 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 22, New York, NY 10013, USA, and a parcel of bottles sent there has to be redirected before it can be credited, which adds days to both clocks on this page. Nothing should go to the manufacturer, or to a returns address printed on a different website selling the same capsule.
International returns use the same address and the same process. The postage is still the buyer’s, the journey is longer, and a tracked service matters more rather than less. Ask the order desk on the call which service it would rather see, and start the return earlier in the window than a US buyer would need to.
Which desk opens a Gluco6 return
Two addresses appear on this website and only one of them can see an order. Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds, and the sales address the supplier publishes is [email protected]. That is the desk a return starts with.
The website desk at [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET, answers questions about these pages, corrections and privacy. It holds no order records, so a refund request sent there cannot be opened and has to be repeated to the order desk. Neither address is a way to place an order: Gluco6 is bought through the checkout on this website and nowhere else, which the where-to-buy page explains.
What the Gluco6 guarantee is not
Money back is a purchase policy — it returns the price of something somebody decided not to keep, and it says nothing about what the capsule does. The four lines printed on the bottle are structure and function claims, the kind a dietary supplement is allowed to make, and the claims on this website stop where the bottle stops.
Sixty days is also not a reason to keep taking something that disagrees with you. Stop first and post the bottles afterwards; an unopened return and a part-used one are treated the same way here. The safety page sets out what is worth watching for, and the disclaimer names the one group that should speak to a prescriber before the first capsule rather than after the refund.
